This class covers some of the basic techniques that are commonly used in contemporary dance floorwork, including ways to move in and out of the floor, spirals and rolls. Each technique covered will be used as part of the recipe for a centre dance phrase that will challenge your physical range, your sense of direction and your use of space.
This class is small space friendly and is suitable for all levels as easier and harder options will be given.
Length of Class: 45 minutes, but you should allow at least an hour as there are moments for you to pause and go over the material.
