Experimental Pole with Rowena Gander

Experimental Pole Class will cover a variety of creative methods used in some of Rowena’s experimental performance works. Suitable for all levels as the class will be facilitated in a way that encourages you to work in and push your current level of ability in pole / dance.

Length of Recording: 40- 50 mins, but allow for one hour as there is a prompt to pause and practice.
