Stretch Bundle includes four 30 minute follow along videos that guide your through front splits, middles splits, back bends and lower back and glute lengthening and strengthening.
To get the most out of this plan, I recommend doing all videos at least once per week. The 30 minute length of the class means that you can easier find time for this training in your schedule. You can do see each class as a workout in itself or as a warm up / cool down to support another workout you have taken part in.
The content of the class is suitable for beginner or advanced students as adaptations will be given. No technical knowledge or equipment is needed.
